Overview of the Alameda County District Attorney's Office

The Alameda County Office of the District Attorney works hard to improve public safety. Nancy O'Malley was appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors in September 2009. She was elected to the position in November of 2014 and again in 2018.
