Ralph has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and over 30 years of experience in overseeing residential community programs: Seventeen years at a for-profit company providing residential treatment services for inmates being released from federal custody, thirteen years as a non-profit Executive Director providing shelter and support services to victims of domestic violence/homelessness, and one year as a non-profit Executive Director providing seasonal shelter and support services for youth in transition. Ralph hails from New Jersey where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.
